I’m not sure how this place has such a low rating. That was a great burger and the people who work there are awesome. So polite but also fun and you can tell they care about their jobs.

The food is great. The service personnel were very polite. This is not a place to grab something quick. It takes a long time from the time you order to actually get your food. I've read some of the other reviews. They are accurate with the time it takes. However, I believe they deduct the star rating TOO much for this. The food is above average. One review stated the burger was worse than McDonalds. Untrue. In my opinion, the wait cause frustration and that errantly hurts the overall establishment's rating. This is solidly good food. Polite and sincere front end service. Just a wait. And, as with ALL airport food, it's pricey.

Definitely one of the best burgers that I've ever had in an airport. When I got here, they were not busy and I ordered right away. I waited about 12 minutes which was okay because the burger was cooked fresh. I got the elk burger with two patties and it was really big. This was one of the best and one of the biggest burgers that I've ever had in an airport. It was very flavorful, the patty was fresh and overall it was really flavorful and good.

When I tell yall I was on my way back to jersey and stopped here for a cheese burger and fries because I was hungry ! Baby ! Best burger I ever had in my life and the employeees were so lovable and sweet and let me tell yall im about to fly back to Indiana in two weeks and my first stop is this place because omg it was amazing ! I hope the same employees are there because they are a vibe !

The ratings of this establishment shocked me lol. For an airport restaurant this is actually one of the best burger spots to me. The fries are always fresh, burgers are fresh & the mallo sauce is so addicting when you get it with sweet potato waffle fries. I’ve never had any complaints and I fly to Indy a lot.

Ate lunch here before my flight and it was pretty good. I cannot complain. I asked the young lady what was the most popular item on the menu and ordered that. It was the first burger listed on the menu. The burger was decent and good. I can't complain. It was better than fast food like BK or something. Most of all the restaurants worth eating at this IND airport are located before the TSA check. I would eat before going thru TSA next time. Solid food and good customer service. Overpriced as almost every airport restaurant though. I paid 18 for a burger and fries. Would I eat here again? Probably if I didn't eat before TSA screening and was hungry.

Obviously it's overpriced because it's in the airport. I was actually surprised how good the burger was. Definitely one of the best fast food burgers I've had. The fries were good and very fresh There was a wait for the elk burger, but the cashier specified that before I finalized the order, and we had plenty of time. My daughter loved it. I also tried some of her ice cream, and it was very good quality.
